Mark is our Principal Adviser who founded the Practice in 2013 and accepted an invitation to join St. James’s Place Wealth Management in 2015. Prior to setting up Marque, he had been a successful independent financial adviser for almost twenty years.

Mark specialises in advising dynamic, ambitious and successful high net worth individuals who expect the highest standards. This includes business owners and senior executives at many leading professional services firms who he helps with all aspects of their wealth management. Mark has extensive knowledge of the specific challenges facing business owners and senior executives at every point of their journey, from the beginning of their careers all the way through to retirement and later life planning.

A comment from Mark on what it means to be a Chartered Financial Planner.

To me it’s an affirmation of my dear parents' maxim for life, distilled into the understated almost cliché saying, "You can only do your best!" In their case it was very understated and to me it simply means more of the same and to ensure my clients continue to get my best. In a world that is particularly cynical and sceptical it is my way of providing reassurance. The financial planning journey is not a science but rather a synthesis of IQ and EQ properly delivered to the individual over time.
